We are very proud to offer University Honors students this exciting selection of special topics seminars taught by the University’s top faculty from each college.

Each year, exceptional faculty from every major department at the University of Maryland develop and teach special topic, small, seminar format classes exclusively for University Honors (and Honors College) students.

The seminars challenge our University’s best students, enlarging their world and developing and sharpening their academic skills, while they learn about important topics relevant to engaged citizenship in today’s world.

The result is a vibrant culture of faculty and student intellectual engagement that—because our faculty and students are dual-citizens of University Honors and the University of Maryland—ultimately enriches the entire campus.
